Privacy policy

Only what the service needs to help you find jobs and apply for them:

• Your account: your email address and sign-in details, managed by our authentication provider.
• Your profile: what you import from your CV or enter yourself (experience, skills, education, contact details, job preferences), and which items you have confirmed.
• Your original CV file, if you upload one, kept privately so you can download or re-use it. A new upload replaces it, and you can delete it at any time. Pasted text is not kept, and the text read from a CV is deleted once the import finishes.
• Your job activity: the searches you run, the jobs you save, your match results, the documents written for you (kept for up to a year), your applications and their status, and the answers you approve.
• Usage records: how much AI processing your account used, to enforce daily limits.

Job listings come from employers' public job boards and job feeds; we send them none of your information.

• Supabase: database and sign-in (servers in India, Mumbai region).
• Railway: our application servers (Singapore region).
• Vercel: hosting of this website.
• OpenAI: reads your CV into a profile, analyses job descriptions, and drafts tailored documents and answers. Only the text needed for each task is sent, and only when you ask for that task.
• An email delivery service, to send your sign-in and password codes.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone else.

The Job Apply Agent extension fills an employer's application form (on Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby) with an application you have approved in the web app. When you click “Apply with one click”, the web app passes that application (your details, the approved CV and cover letter, and your approved answers) to the extension, which opens the employer's form and fills it in your browser.

• It never submits a form: you review it and press the employer's Submit yourself.
• It sends your information only into the employer's form you opened, which you then submit to that employer under its own privacy policy.
• When the employer confirms your application, it tells the web app the address of the confirmation page and a short quote of what it said, so your application is recorded as submitted.
• It keeps the application in your browser's temporary storage only until it is recorded or the browser closes. It has no servers of its own, reads no other pages and collects no browsing history.
• Only the Job Apply Agent website can send it requests.

• Download all your data: Profile → Your data → Export.
• Delete your account: Profile → Your data → Delete. Your profile, CV file, jobs, documents and applications are deleted, and then your sign-in account.
• Delete your kept CV file on its own: Profile → Import → Delete file.
• Remove the extension at any time from your browser's extensions page.

Every account's data is separated at the database level, so one person's records cannot be read with another person's sign-in. Connections are encrypted, and our systems use the least access each part needs.
